I've already gotten like 8 codes from this method. All you need is Spotify Premium accounts (which you can get from the Accounts section)
Also, you must be patient as not all accounts will be eligible for a code.
EDIT: 1/16/2020 Im pretty sure the Google home promotion ended. But if you would like to try this method though go ahead :)
Step 1: Crack / Buy a bunch of Spotify Premium Accounts (They usually go for $0.01-$0.05)
Step 2: Check each individually and see if they are subscribed via Spotify & not a third party like Starbucks or iTunes
Step 3: Click Spotify Family and upgrade it if it isn't on the Family plan already
Step 4: Once you have done that, go https://www.spotify....ehome/register/
Step 5: Then, go to https://www.spotify....glehome/redeem/
You will be redirected to the google store and the 100% OFF coupon should be applied automatically at checkout

Step 1: Register for a 30 day trial on Spotify and upgrade to Family
Step 2: Go to https://www.spotify....ehome/register/
Step 3: Go to https://www.spotify....glehome/redeem/
You will be redirected to the google store and the 100% OFF coupon should be applied automatically at checkout
Step 4: Cancel the subscription to make sure you aren't billed
