But why should youbelieve me? Here is image proof of my sales:
Let's be honest if you've been on TikTok you've probably seen many videos promoting rep reselling, mainly Airpod reselling. But what is it and how do you get started?
I'm gonna break down what I've done over the past 45 days to make $800 on a brand new Depop account all through selling reps
Step 1: Find your Product
The absolute starting point is finding your own product. Don't follow the TikTok trends because you'll end up in 2nd place every single time. But that doesn't mean you can't make some money.
My product of choice is the PRWS 17 model of Prada glasses. These are quite popular in other countries but haven't been saturated over here yet.
Keep in mind these retail for $220-$300USD.
Step 2: Find a Supplier
Now for this, I recommend going to Alibaba and searching for your desired product. You should be able to find it and just filter your searches for the most trusted suppliers.
If you can't afford the minimum order quantity here is a Discord server (affiliate link) with some free suppliers - https://discord.gg/VdYjxpfAUY
They also sell individuals in a separate store, per Nulled rules this is the non-affiliate link to the store https://resellerville.com/.
Step 3: Choose a supplier
The next thing you need to do is actually talk to these suppliers. Ask for pictures/videos of their product. Make sure you're getting a decent product.
And most importantly make sure your getting a good price.
Step 4: Product Photography
Now at this point, you should have the product in hand. This is when you'll need to start taking photos of them and make sure they are high quality.
My best tip is to take them outside with grass or some sort of green in the background it lightens the image up and you stand out.
Step 5: Make and List on Depop
Now you may be wondering why this is focused around Depop? Well in total I've sold 9 items over the past 30-45 days and 8/9 of them have been the glasses. Depop doesn't seem to care and the users of the app also seem clueless about what's going on.
I recommend you boost every single listing. Now for me personally I list them around $75-$100USD. I think this is the best price to get them gone within 24-48 hours.
Step 6: Repeat Properly
So you've sold your first item. Probably feel a bit excited since something has finally worked out. Now you want to relist the item. DONT
Relist it 48 hours after you sold your previous one. In this case, Depop turn a blind eye. Also, remove all sold listings from your profile so people don't know you've been selling the same item over and over again.
Final Notes
So you now know the absolute basic fundamentals of reselling reps on Depop. You may even already have a little roadmap set up for when you start to scale and sell on multiple accounts. That's good to hear!
