Launch the game, then launch the ESP. Before even pressing 'Insert', you should already have the crosshair visible ( plus the app running in the windows bar).
IF you see the crosshair, it might be a keyboard releated issue.
IF you don't see the crosshair but you see the "app" running (either in the task manager or the windows bar)... I... I don't know, maybe something releated to the resolution of your screen? I play on the usuall 1920x1080 (monitor + game).
Knowing that a custom FOV can sometime affect esps, why not resolution!
IF you don't have the app in the lower windows bar or in the task manager, something is preventing it from running.
If you're 100% sure it is not releated to your anti-virus or windows defender, try (re)installing https://www.microsoft.com/en-ie/download/details.aspx?id=48145
