#2. Go into folder "1. iNSTALL" and proceed to install NetLimiter with file "NetLimiter-5.3.6.0.exe".
(or download from Official website link : https://download.netlimiter.com/nl/netlimiter-5.3.6.0.exe)
#3. When installation is done, DO NOT open the program & make sure Its close even in the tray area#4. Go into folder "2. LICENSE" and copy folder "Locktime" paste It inside ;
(or simply copy/paste hosts file from "3. HOSTS" folder & replace with the one inside the said location)
Now go into folder "4. CRACK" and copy file "NetLimiter.dll" and paste It inside installation directory.
