Recently I started making this yummy thing: I take dried grated garlic in a jar, add white vinegar, mix well and leave it in the fridge, the garlic absorbs the vinegar with time and leaves me with yummy garlic-flavoured vinegar and yummy sour garlic ???? it goes great with everything like sauce...
