Your mom is in the hospital dying of cancer, she has been there for two months under doctors supervision. You visit from time to time, one night you get a call from the doctors saying that your mother wont make it through the night and they tell you to come visit her before its to late. You tell the doctor that you are on your way and he relays that information to your mother whom is now waiting for you. On the way to the hospital, you spot a mother and her child who have crashed and need help. There is no traffic and you are the only one there. The only way they can survive is if you pull them out and apply pressure to their wounds untill the ambulance comes. If you do that, your mom will die before you get to her.
