The School File Management System with Source Code is a PHP project that can store student files individually and retrieve them afterward. The system was built using PHP, HTML, MYSQLi, and Javascript. The system is so easy to understand, the administrator can add a new user and student account. The system has an auto-delete feature when you remove a student it will also automatically remove the existing files of that student. The admin user will be in charge of maintaining the users' accounts and students' accounts.

How to Run

Requirements:

• Download and Install any local web server such as XAMPP/WAMP.
  
• Download the provided source code zip file. (download button is located below)
  

Installation

1. Open your XAMPP/WAMP's Control Panel and start the "Apache" and "MySQL".
   
2. Extract the source code zip file.
   
3. If you are using XAMPP, copy the extracted source code folder and paste it into the xampp's "htdocs" directory. If you are using WAMP, paste it inside the "www" directory.
   
4. Open a web browser and browse the PHPMyAdmin. (http://localhost/phpmyadmin)
   
5. Create a new database naming "db_sfms".
   
6. Import the provided SQL file into your newly created database. The SQL file is known as "db_sfms.sql" and it is located inside the "db" directory of the source code folder.
   
7. Browse the web application in a browser. i.e.(http://localhost/School File Management System/) for the student side and (http://localhost/School File Management System/admin) for the admin side
