Step 1: Download LOL account checker (Updated patch 7.8) From here:
Step 2: Find a good dump of accounts for whatever region you want.
Step 3: Copy and paste all the usernames into a notepad, then save the notepad somewhere you can find later
Step 4: Open LOL acc checker, click the "Accounts" Button, then click the "Import" Button and find the notepad you saved
Step 5: Click start, then let it sit for a while.
Step 6: Filter as you wish for accounts that eg, are lvl 30, unverified.
