"Recovering" cracked accounts in League of Legends

I know theres been a thread similar to this before but since that one is a little bit outdated and hard to understand I'd figure i'll make a new one slightly different.
Okay so first of all you need to get your cracked accounts, use ChallengerGuy's guide.

Once you have the verified account that you want to make yours you'll need to go to
https://privacy.riotgames.com/en_US/(Credits to ChallengerGuy for finding this)
Log in, and write down the email and the amount of money he has spent in League of Legends
Now that we have the needed info, you'll need to gather some information about your victim.
Try to figure out where he is from and how old, that's usually pretty easy because a lot of the time the victim will use his date of birth or a part of it in his password or email, same regarding the location.
For example: [email protected]
By analyzing this info we can tell that the victim was born in 1993 and is most likely from french (.fr) (Works the same with .de= deutschland, etc)
Now an extra step you can do is try gathering some information at https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us
Go into "My Tickets" and if you are lucky there will be a ticket the victim has made before, containing valuable information, such as his IP, date of birth, etc etc.
With some luck you'll know all of his exact data, and if not, just use what you've gathered so far and use the capital city of the country he is from.
Open a ticket (Using the link above) by clicking submit a request, select I need help recovering my account.
Fill in as stated:
Your email address: Put the email you would like to recover the account to and to use as a communication form with Riot.
Subject: Fill something similar to help me change my email (Never use the exact same reason, be creative)
Has your account been suspended for chargeback: No
Username: We know this from cracking the account
Summoner Name: We know this from cracking the account
Region: Select the relevant region
Signup Region: Same as Region (Most likely the case)
Date of birth: We should know this from the previous step after collecting info. (If you don't know the exact date just make something up using the info you have, if you don't have any info regarding the date of birth at all, just put yours and write something like "I don't like putting my real birthday on the internet so it might be another date. ((Again, be creative, never write the same exact thing)) )
Original email used to register the account: We know this from the info collected above (Don't check the checkbox)
Creation date of the account: Now for this step you'll need a lol account checker obtainable on this forum, look up your account using the lol checker and you'll be able to find the date of the first purchased champion, for the date use a month earlier than the first purchased account
Location where the account was created: We have this from the info collected previously
Your current IP address: Lets assume our victim if French, google "French Paris IP" and find an IP for this location (Have patience, don't use the first result that pops up) (Or with some luck we will know this info from a previously submitted ticket by the target)
Last time you had access to the account: Just write something around the current date
First purchase made with RP: leave this blank since we can't know what the victim bought with his first RP.
Do you remember the first 5 champions purchased? We have this info from the lol account checker (Look up the account using the checker > Right click > View > All the info should be there)
Name any refund champions or skins: Write "Can't remember" (Be creative, don't write the same thing each time)
Have you ever sent any gifts? If so, please list the earliest gifted content you remember sending and the summoner name of the receiver: We can't possibly know this info so just write "No"
Please explain how you first gained access to this account: Write "I am the owner of this account" or something similar, don't repeat yourself
Other peope who have ever had access to the account: Write "No one", don't repeat yourself, write something different every time you file a recovery ticket
I have purchased RP on this account: Check accordingly, we have this info from the previous steps (If the answer is yes, write down the payment method if you can find it using the info gathered above, the amount, location of RP purchases (victims location)
I am willing to fill out additional info: Check yes
Has your email ever been compromised? Type "No" or something similar
How did you lose access to your account: Type something similar to "I still have access to this account"
List of your alternate/smurf accounts: None
Description: Just state that you no longer have access to your email address and you would like to change it
Wait for a reply, this works most of the time, for me at least, make sure the account is inactive, because if its active the owner will just end up recovering it and you'll be wasting your time.
