On this topic, I'm going to explain in depth what is EloBuddy, how to use it, answer your questions and try to solve your problems.

https://www.elobuddy.net/ is a software that can use addons to the http://euw.leagueoflegends.com/fr game.
Thanks to the loader, addons written in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C_Sharp_(programming_language) are injected into the game.
