Ingredients:
250 smooth flour
1 bag of baking powder
100 g of cooked ham
100 g of cheese such as Gouda or Emmentaler
2 eggs
250 ml of milk
3 tablespoons of oil
salt
Preparation:
1. Make the mixture
Heat the oven to 190 degrees.
Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl and all the wet ingredients in another.
Combine them, the best way to mix them is with an electric mixer, or you can also do it manually with a whisk.
2. Add cheese and ham
Grate the cheese and cut the ham into cubes and add to the muffin mixture.
Put paper baskets in the tin muffin tin and spread the mixture on the tin, so that they are 2/3 full.
3. Bake
Bake for about 20 minutes. You can serve them warm or cold, they are delicious in both varieties.
