Hey guys, so making PBE accounts is avaliable, but there is a approval step.
So here is how it goes. I'm in euw server so my link will be:
for the other regions just change the "euw" to let's say na.
After that it will ask you to log in your account.
Do so and after you have successfully loged in press " I want to become a tester! "
After you done so you will have to wait from a email from riot when they approve you.
After you have been approven you will be able to make a account. Happy testing !
