Do paypal accounts un-limit themselves?
I've had this paypal account that got locked years ago cause they wanted to know where the money was coming from etc..
I tried resolving it myself but they always ignored what I said for some reason and finally today I login to see about buying an un-limit service and the account seems totally usable and there's nothing about it being limited lol....
Has this happened to anyone else? I haven't sent any transactions on it yet but looking forward to
