What's the difference of having a VPS and having a virtualbox for dossing?
I have some Layer 4 scripts, but people are telling me that it only work with "offshore VPS", because host blocks it with normal VPS like azure or digital ocean... it's strange that it doesn't work with a simple virtualbox. On the other hand, my layer 7 scripts works fine on every normal VPS and virtualbox. Why isn't the Layer 4 working? What's happening?
