Ok so what does this mod do?
The Login: Login2.rar
This changes the background, swf background, music and text of the login screen. No worries, nothing here to log or transmit your login info, look for yourself.
The Champs: Champions2.rar
It changes all the champ gfx to adult content. Nude images of almost every female champ listed below.
The In-Game Mod: IG_SKINS_1.1.rar/Skin Installer Ultimate.zip
This will change the loading screen images as well as the champ icons during game. This will not mod the skin of the champ itself.
Now I set this up in parts so you can choose if you want all mods or just one. In each RAR file there are instructions on how to install. It is real easy.
