so its basicly a E Check Scam most of you dont know and i dont want you guys to get scammed or any stuff so lets proceed the scam shows that you have a PENDING Balance on PayPal something like this

So be careful it shows this pending message forever so dont do any trades untill yOU RECIEVE YOUR CASH i got scammed for 1.5k so yea be careful
