Why is it that some people are able to make money effortlessly, while others barely put any effort and money just seems to magnetically attract to them.
Even when you work tirelessly and search for the right methods you still remain broke. Being crushed under the growing shift between the rich and the poor.
You see there’s a massive shift going on right now which if you’re reading this I’m sure you’re aware of. Inflation is at the highest point it's ever been in the last 30 years. Foreigners are invading your country and stealing your jobs. The gap between the rich and poor only grows larger every single day.
And here’s the thing: two years ago I was in the exact same position a broke kid fresh out of highschool with a burning desire to make a lot of money and have true freedom but with no real idea on how exactly to do so…
That was until I discovered a way for making money which people knew but no one truly understood. This method allowed me to go from sleeping in a small closet sized room in my mom’s basement to hitting my first $10,000 month after only 2 months…
In this post I won’t sit here and bore you with my life story. Instead I’ll reveal how I was able to start my own automated agency with lint in my pockets and literally $33 in my checking account. And scale to my first $10k/mo so you can follow this blueprint to a tee.
Step 1: Pick Your Perfect Niche—It’s Easier Than You Think
The first step to building your own agency is picking the right niche. But guess what? You don’t need to spend months researching or have some PhD in marketing to find it.
All you need to do is look around.
Local businesses are everywhere—plumbers, solar companies, real estate agents. They all need one thing: customers.
And here’s the best part: you don’t need money or experience to start. Just pick a niche that you think would benefit from more leads, more customers, or more clients, and you’re already ahead of the game.
Step 2: Craft an Offer They Can’t Refuse
Creating an irresistible offer might sound complicated, but it’s as simple as giving businesses what they desperately need—leads.
Here’s what no one tells you: businesses are already spending money on outdated, overpriced marketing that doesn’t work. So all you have to do is just swoop in with a solution that costs them less and brings them more.
Which you can do that by offering to run ads for them (or outsource the work—more on that later), and you’ve already created value. You charge them $1,500-$3,000 per month, and your only “investment” is sending DMs to potential clients. All it took was me having 4 clients on a recurring $2500/mo to hit my first $10k/mo.
Step 3: Reach Out to Clients for Free—Cold DMs on Instagram
You can land your first client just by sending a few cold DMs on Instagram.
Here’s how it works: You search for local businesses in your niche, send 50-100 dms/day with your offer, and the ones who respond you get them on a call, identify their situation, explain how ads are something which they need to be doing and how you’re the best person for the job and then close the deal (if you have no experience it's fine I’ll show you how you can quickly gain experience in a bit).
And the kicker? It costs you nothing. You don’t need a fancy website or expensive software. Just your phone and some confidence. You can land your first client within a few days.
Step 4: Learn or Outsource Ads—It’s Cheaper Than You Think
Running Facebook ads might sound technical, but here’s the reality: you can learn the basics in two weeks. And all you have to do is just learn so that once you sign your first client you can test and improve your skills on their dime as they’ll be the ones who will be funding the ad budget.
Don’t want to run ads anymore? No problem. Hire someone else to run the ads for you. As I scaled, I was signing 20+ clients each month which became way too much for me to handle which is what led to me hiring a media buyer to run the ads for me.
Now I wish I would’ve known this when I first started as I could’ve just hired a media buyer from the start and have him run the ads for me so I would’ve never had to spend any time learning the ads myself.
Step 5: Rinse and Repeat
Every time you sign a new client, you’re adding another stream of income to your business. The best part? You don’t need to be an expert in marketing or sales to make it work.
As you can see all you need is the willingness to take action, and the system will do the rest. I don’t come from a rich family nor did I get the best grades in school (I actually almost dropped out).
I’d just stumbled upon an opportunity that most people weren’t aware of and did everything in my ability to succeed.
