What’s up pussies here’s a good protein shake recipe so you can put on some muscle and stop being a fucking loser
Ingredients:
1 and a half cup almond or normal milk
1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1 ripe banana can be frozen, broken into large chunks
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
5-10 ice cubes depending on how thick you like it
optional: 1 tsp. honey
How to make:
1. Put all ingredients except ice In blender and blend
2. Add 5-10 ice cubes (I prefer 7)
3. GET LAID
