Not sure if this is of interest but I got a .ca domain for $1.04 for a year from https://forums.redflagdeals.com/cira-register-ca-domain-0-99-many-domain-companies-2089179/, Ended up at GoDaddy and then switch from 2 yr to 1 yr plan, but thought the price was good. Sry if this is no good or out of place.
