Like, I mean, Pantheon sparta kicks you when he crits, Sion also "kicks" you when he crits but he doesn't actually have a foot.
Camille hits you with her feet but she doesn't really have feet, and she doesn't stomp on you either, she just kicks you and does some acrobatic things. Lee also kicks you a bunch but doesn't actively stomp on you.

I think it would greatly add to the lore in the game.
