So this recipe works well for when inviting a female over (considering they're chicks who barely know how to cook):
Ingredients: 1.Chicken breast
2.Mushrooms (canned makes it easier)
3.Cheese(whichever you prefer)
4.Salt,Pepper,spices,herbs etc
Instructions:
1. Slice through the center of the chicken so as to create space for the mushroom and cheese
2. Apply oil as well as your herbs and spices(inside and outside the chicken) and let the chicken marinate for about 30 mins
3. Put the mushrooms and cheese inside
4. Grill the chicken allowing the cheese to ooze out and make sure the chicken is cooked(how cooked depends on your preference
And voila! you get a sweet looking chicken dish which looks professional.
Additional sides:
1. Mash potatoes or french fries
2. some vegetables
