hiya i've been making this every few weeks for my diet cheat days, and I find it really good. I hope you will too.
Notes:
Baking the flour in the oven kills off e-coli.
If the consistency is too thick, add another tablespoon of milk.
If the consistency is too thin, add more flower, and salt.
Goes bad after a week, (PUT INSIDE AIRTIGHT CONTAINER)

- INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 3/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk (I used low-fat, but anything works)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup sprinkles (optional lol)
- INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375° F, Spread on Baking Sheet (9×13) bake for about 5 minutes. Let it completely cool.
- Whisk the flour and salt in a bowl. Set aside for now.
- In a larger bowl mix the butter, Granulated Sugar, confectioners’ sugar until fluffy, takes abt 3 minutes.
- then add milk and vanilla and mix till combined. add in flour mixture slowly and stir until smooth.
- (OPTIONAL, Fold in the mix-ins. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop tablespoonfuls of dough on to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.) Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and serve.
