1 - Contact them and tell them that your leather bag or backpack (Whatever you are doing) has a leather based issue, like for example the seems are ripping aruond the edges or the outside zipper pocket mesh rthreads started ripping. Do not say something like the button came off, as their bags are engineered to have replacable parts such as zippers and buttons.
2 - This method is easier if you are doing the console cases like the Playstation Vita or Nintendo ones but should work regardless. They usually skip the next step for these.
3 - They will ask you for a picture of the issue and you could photoshop a picture of one that you find for sale etc. Or could honestly photoshop a zoomed in photo of any simmilar looking leather product.
4 - Enjoy your bag. No drop should be needed and product will ship from San Francisco in retail packaging.

First lets have a look at their most notable RMA policy:
*Standard replacement: Customer must return the defective product to Kingston prior to shipping the replacement product. Subject to availability, the replacement product will be shipped to Customer the business day following Kingston's receipt of the defective product. Product will be replaced with the same part number as the part received unless prior authorization is obtained in order to substitute another part number. All requests are processed within 2 business days.
So essentially, what you will need is a receipt + a serial (a newegg receipt will probably suffice).
Once you contact Kingston and begin an RMA, they will give you return instructions.
What you will want to do is follow those instructions except send them an empty box.
Simple as that, wait the shipping days + 2 business days for processing and you'll have some brand new RAM coming your way.

Steps:
1) Call and say your printer suddenly stopped working. You bought it off of Amazon and it worked perfectly for a few weeks but then it randomly turned off and you need it for either your business or school.
2) They'll make you go through some troubleshooting steps and act dumb, say nothing seems to work. After that they'll ask for the S/N and other codes that are on the printer. Make sure you give her the right one of they won't send you a replacement.
3) After a few mins on hold they'll replace it and that you need to send yours back in the box the other one came in. Don't send anything in. They don't bill.
