This is something all might know, but anyways, always there is someone that doesnt know what is this game about ( sorry, for this and for my Oxford english).
So, first enter to game in the Practice Mode (i did practice here first).
Then go to LoL Options, in game.
After just go to "Fast Keys", i really dont know if its called like this in English because my game is on Spanish but anyways, the first option.
Then to ... Ok, just look this photo.
Just put that option on "T" like me or any other buttom ( you might prefer your Kite or Farming buttom you used on Elobuddy or Bol).
After that, when you are kitting, press behind you ( to run away from that Hecarim xD ), and press "T", and your Champion will automaticaly attack that Hecarim without need to Right-Click on him, then just REPEAT that.
Maybe its difficult to understand, but just do it for yourself and you will know what i mean.
THIS WILL ATTACK YOUR CLOSEST ENEMY, THAT CAN BE A CHAMPION, A DRAKE, OR A MINION, IF YOU WANT TO FARM WITH IT PRESS T WITH THE MOUSE ON THE MINNION TO LASTHIT,
