So I have been to another city for over a week now and in the time I was here, my banned account got unbanned again after a 14-day ban. The same day that account got banned, it also got permanently suspended and now I wonder if I could just message the support (while using the TOR browser) and say that my account probably got stolen and that I would like to get it unbanned. I'm not sure if I have played on the account recently before with the same IP/location but it should work, right? I did message the support already, using the IP I was playing on and coming up with excuses and all that but then I decided to close the ticket and thought, I'd do it this way so that I should have higher chances of getting that account unbanned just by saying that they should check the IPs to realize I usually play on that account on the initial IP.
