Hi, I just smurf some accounts fresh from lv 1 ( no bot ) and I figured this out.
  • Name your summoner something related to your OTP ( i.e: Vaynelentine, Yoriches, KaRRRRRRRthus, .... )
  • Level your account to have enough IP for your OTP champ.
  • Get lv 5 to get your Hextech Box.
  • Buy your OTP champ and open the Hextech Box ( since it gives the skin for your OWNED champ and essense )
  • Enjoy your free skin.
    Tips: Buy good champion with good skin if you not planning to be a one trick, such as Kalista ( I got Championship Kalista )
