So your primary markets will be Depop, grailed, eBay (has risk), IRL, and Facebook groups. All of these markets have different aspects to them but to have success you need very high quality replica items. To find these items there are two key forums r/fashionreps, and r/repsneakers. There are a multitude of reviews on these forums and they cover many items.
Sneakers-
To buy replica shoes you normally either buy them from a middleman (ie: TonySneakers), or buy them from a seller on Taobao or other similar sites. Depending on the site you can pay with PayPal, CC, BTC, WU, and other payment methods. Before you buy a shoe, make sure that you are buying the highest quality batch. These high quality batches normally cost >100, and <150. I don't recommend buying a shoe that is worth more than $3k authentic because most shoes at that price point don't have amazing reps.
Clothes-
To buy clothes you normally buy them from TaoBao using a service like SuperBuy. You pay superbuy, and they buy, receive, photograph, and ship you your items. I recommend buying more than one item at a time to save on shipping. When buying clothes you should be careful as there are many batches that aren't very good. Some sellers like mirrorreps, topstoney, and union kingdom have very good products overall.
Once you have the items take good photos of them, while keeping any flaws in mind. List the items online and wait for the offers to roll in. If you meet someone IRL, do it in a public place and use a burner phone.
BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT DISCUSS THE SALE OF REPS ON THE SUBREDDITS. THEY WILL BAN YOU IF THEY SUSPECT YOU SELL REPS AS REAL
