Well, this is simply an opinion, on which scripting program you should get, whether it be L#, BoL, or GoS.
My Answer is L#
Why?
Downloading Scripts: Well I've attempted to download scripts on BoL, but some are paid, and the free ones you need to copy and paste into your own file, which isn't too difficult, but not as easy as L#. On the other hand, since for the moment GoS is in alpha, they have no auto script installing method, which requires constant editting of files, which is simply a pain in the ass. On the other hand you can use their built in scripts, which can spam abilities but lack logical combos, unless you configure it yourself, in other words, it's not very noob friendly.
Play: First off I haven't actually gotten the time to play with BoL, due to the difficulty of installing good scripts. So I cannot offer my opinion in regards to gameplay on that. GoS in comparsion to L# play is simply terrible. Last hitting isn't great(Though normally I last hit myself, but worth mentioning for others), and mainly most scripts on GoS lack logic. For example, on Ashe, q'ing when you have 5 stacks. Or on Nidalee, leaping on a target after you've applied your passive. But, with more advanced scripts coming, I expect that will soon change. L# play is great. Scripts have logic and and last hitting is near to perfect on L#, also, a somewhat unfair advantage, due to the fact that L# has been out longer there have been more scripts produced for it.
So once more, in my opinion, L# is the best option for scripting. However, since L# and BoL cracks take a while to update, I would recommend using GoS as a backup for L#. They usually update their software the day a patch comes out, and since it's free you'll have no trouble accessing it. Although it lacks what L# has, it is a decent temporary backup for L#.
If you disagree with anything, let me know, any questions, let me know. That concludes the post. Have a nice day.
