Hey guys, I have been using this websites that can help you giving informations about builds, MMR, Elo, etc.
First at all if you need some help, or even have questions about the best build to your champion, this is by far the best website for builds:
Just type your champion name, and this will give what the best players around the world use.
Secondly you have to look at your MMR. This is the RIOT system to calculate how good you are in your league, and influence in your League Points (If you are not winning enough League Points, or you loosing more then winning, you should take a look at your mmr in this website:
How to calculate your MMR step by step:
1-) Open the website and select your region
2-) Put your Summoners name and press "Search for the summoner" or something like that
3-) After you have loaded your informations, put "Update data"
4-) Finally press "check MMR" Button under the "Update data" button.
5-) If your MMR is green, your are UP than your league, and will win more league points winning than lose when you defeat.
If your MMR is normal, you will win points = when you defeat
If your MMR is red or yellow you will loose more points when your defeat, and you are in a bad situation.
