Quick guide to have riot support automatically gift you alistar and the skin in 3 minutes.
I've only tested this on NA, but I have no reason to believe it will not work for other servers.
1. Login at https://support.riotgames.com
2. click "Submit a request"
3. for request type select "I am having technical difficulties"
4. For subject type "Unchained alistar"
5. For "What type of technical difficulties are you experiencing" select "I'm having issues on the PvP.net Client". 6. For description type "I subscribed on youtube, did not receive the skin."
7. Fill out all of the other required information with anything you like.
Riot's automated system will gift you alistar and the skin within 5 minutes. Enjoy
