1. find an influencer on instagram who is doing giveaway of something you're interested in, many influencers giveaway big sums of money.
2. once you found the giveaway you're interested in write a brief comment telling your fake sad story, for example say you normally don't comment on this types of post as you don't think you need money but this time you hope to win cause your little brother is dying and you don't have money to gift him anything and this will probably be his last birthday or some shit like that.
3. once you finished writing a realistic post go on your favourite smm panel and buy a decent amount of likes to your comment so it seems that you have the support of the community and the influencer will surely see it, 99% of the times you will win.
i did this 12 time in the past two months and it as always worked, you can use this for other types of giveaway, one time i did this with an alienware saying i was a young youtuber and needed it to edit videos cause unfortunately my parents don't have theresources to support me in my "creative journey". the point you have to come up with the lamest bullshit and even if they don't believe you the don't want to risk drama and people thinking a big influencers don't give a fuck about people in need. let me know what you think about this!
