Make a backup of your current league of legends.exe here -> Riot Games/League of Legends/RADS/solutions/lol_game_client_sln/releases/0.0.1.145/deploy/League of Legends.exe
How?
Just Rename the exe to "League of Legends1.exe"
Now Copy paste the downloaded file to such folder.
