I've been trying to quit smoking for a while now.
For those who have been heavy smokers and quit; do you have any suggestions?
i tried looking on reddit and google but its weird shit like rub peanut butter on your chest???
i want things that work for everday fags like me and you.
I've tried gum but it has more nicotine in it than what i've taken in my system in the past 3-4 days, so it will just make it worst right?
