Vegan fried tofu and fried Vegan "chicken" wraps (would have used bread, but didn't see the bread I normally get...hehehe) with Thai chili sauce!!! So deeee-lish! I just gotta work on my wrapping game still. But yeah, so good! Almost no sticking in the pan. Second and third round heated up quicker. Definitely a relief in time, since that electric stove can sorta be slow if it's not using the right pans/etc. Hehe.
