I will explain simple and quick to understand it more easily.
1st Log in to the folder of Riot Games.
2nd Log in to the folder of League of Legends.
3rd Type in the search engine's Locale, and wait to load.
4th When all the Locale files are found. Search CFG file. 5th When you have found them, log in to all of them. And delete that and write ko_kr 6th Save all the CFG files. Run the client and wait LoL to refresh. Have fun!
