Ingredients:
For the Miso-Glazed Sea Bass:
4 sea bass fillets
1/4 cup white miso paste
2 tablespoons mirin
2 tablespoons sake
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
For the Lemon-Herb Orzo:
1 cup orzo pasta
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Miso-Glazed Sea Bass:
In a bowl, mix white miso paste, mirin, sake, soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, and sesame oil to form a marinade.
Coat the sea bass fillets with the marinade and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the sea bass fillets for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Brush with remaining marinade while grilling if desired.
Make the Lemon-Herb Orzo:
Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix together cooked orzo, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped dill, chopped mint, salt, and pepper.
Serve:
Plate the grilled miso-glazed sea bass fillets alongside portions of lemon-herb orzo.
Garnish the sea bass with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for an added touch.
