Hello! So today my PayPal got limited and since PayPal is really important for me I've decided to make a new one, now my question is, would I be able to use it to deposit money to my bank like I normally do? (either linking debit card or via IBAN) or are they blacklisted and it and I simply can never use my bank on PayPal anymore?
