Hello, this is a simple guide / about How to get all 6300+ IP champs for 5700 IP.
First of all, just let you know and realize that this is not hack or game breaking bug.
Second: you will need to have all champs from 450 ip to 4800 ip.

First of all, I want you to know and realize this is not a hack, game breaking bug, or a glitch. Second of all you need to have all champs from 450 IP to 4800 IP.
How does it work ?
If the conditions above applies to you, then all you have to do is buy 3 champions shards (1700 IP) and re-roll them into a random 6300 IP champion that you don't own. Source: mpgh user: Ameer
Also with this method you can also have the last champ for 5100 IP instead of 7800.
So for those who've unlocked all champions, you can use the hextech system to get new champions at a discount when they're released. Just purchase 3 champion shards (1700 IP each, 3x1700 = 5100) and reroll them. This will automatically give you a champion you don't have. In my case, the only one I don't have is the newest one, so I get it for a 5100 IP instead of 7800.
This will also work for people who don't have all the champions, but you can't control which one you get. If all you have left are 6300 champs and don't care which one you get, it's worth it since you'll still get a discount of 1200 on each champ. If you have less expensive champs left to purchase you could actually lose IP on the deal though.
It also works with shards you've saved from chests rather than disenchanting them, which would give an even bigger discount.
