ketchup: got alot of sugar actually , use mustard instead
soda :most sodas got 40 grams of fucking sugar ...
most of veg oil : you can use avocado oil for frying and high heat stuff , olive oil for normal cooking , and even butter but never use canola or sunflower/palm oil
what you can use ? cinnamon add this shit on anything it doesn't have calories and most seasoning
BUT don't use alot of salt/soy , any kind of seasoning that got too much sodium , because you will gain weight as trapped water in ur body
other than that , use any seasoning to make ur food tastes better
that's what i could think for today , i will make more threads like this everyday or so
