In this guide i'll be telling you pretty much everything from runes and masteries and how to play the game.

Just look at my builds in my match history or go to http://probuilds.net/ or something. Note that some builds depend on the situation. So, know what items to build in what situations.

Early Game: To be honest, playing safe is probably the best way to go, but I play very aggressive. What I do is try to get lvl 2 before them (If you're red side take gromp if your jg is starting top side). Then try and get some poke and zone them from the lane a bit.
Mid Game: Try to be in the team fights, because you do fk tons of damage because of your perfect orb walking. Make sure you position yourself well, I know the script is doing it for you, but use your own game sense as well, make sure to help you bot align some sick condemns.
Late Game: Same thing applies with Mid Game
Lucian
Early Game: You are very dominant early game with mobility. If you get lvl 2 before the enemy they are essentialy fucked in lane and will need a jg pressure to try to get back in the groove. So make sure if you're zoning them really hard and have a big advantage even you buying a pink ward is a good thing, don't leave it up to your support. Just keep poking and go in when there's a kill.
Mid Game: When you get an essence reaver and some crit you just need to spam your abilities constantly and get a lot of damage off. Try and get like 40k physical damage by the end of the game. Don't ult people that are standing literally in front of you, I see people do it all the time, use your ult when you're getting pressured really hard and cant fully commit to the fight.
Late Game: Same thing applies with Mid Game
