1. Go to Riot Games Support
2. File a complaint stating that you cannot recover your account
3. Fill out some details a Riot questionnaire asks you
4. These details include Account name, email address you want to associate the acc with, first rp purchase, etc.
5. Fill AS MUCH of these details as possible to ensure that Riot believes you
6. In some time you should recieve an email asking you to confirm ur address
7. Confirm, and change the pw if you want to.
8. Enjoy.
