Not quit sure if this is the right place to ask: well, I play a lot duo queue and mostly as support.
Now i want to change my standard rune site to a overall support rune site and I'm not sure which runes to buy.
Currently im Gold 3 so not much experienced.
I thought about running armor seals and quintessences. What do you guys think?
Tresh, BC and Leona are my most used champs btw.
