Preparation:
- Go to nvidia.com and buy the GPU you want. I bought an RTX 2080 Super
- Paypal payment (required)
- Wait for something to come
- When it arrives, weigh the box before opening it! Write down how many grams the package weighs. Activation:
- Without contacting Nvidia, go directly to Paypal and submit the Paypal payment
- Paypal will ask you what is wrong with this product, type this (feel free to translate it a bit):
Hi, I have been waiting for a long time to buy this graphics card. I was happy when it arrived. Unfortunately, when I put it on my computer, nothing happens. The PC doesn't detect it at all. I have tried to update my drivers and firmware, but my computer has not detected the hardware. I even tried on my brother's computer and the result was the same. I don't know what to do and I feel cheated.
- Paypal will give Nvidia time to respond to this claim. It can take between 24 hours and 7 days.
- Nvidia will only say: "Let the customer return the package to this address, we will refund you! ...blablabla"

- Good, buy 2 packets of salt or sugar. Remove the card from the box and add an empty box to the stack.
- Keep pouring sugar into the box until the first load fits exactly!
- Close the box with duct tape, if necessary put a newspaper so that the salt / sugar does not vibrate inside and make noise. (you can also pour it in a condom put a condom in it lol)
- Go to the post office and send the box to the address shown. IMPORTANT: Send it as a "signed" package. - Send a tracking link to the PayPal page so that PayPal can track the shipment
The result:
- Once the package arrives there and they register it, you are ready.
- Even if they tell PayPal the package has arrived empty, buyer protection will cover you as both buyer and seller. - Just say "That's not possible, I'm actually putting everything in. What's the purpose of a dead graphics card?" (usually they don't ask or say anything)
- There are two ways to proceed:
1.) Nvidia will try to fight it, but you will win anyway due to consumer protection and respect for your story. PayPal will automatically refund you.
2.) Nvidia won't ask any questions as they know it's worthless and give a refund.
