Ever though how does it taste when you add ketchup coated chicken for frying? No, try it here now.
Ingredients:
Chicken- boneless
Chilli power
Ginger and garlic- grinded
Salt and pepper
turmeric
curd
ketchup
mix all ingredients in appropriate proportion, and marinate for an hour.
Shallow fry on medium heat and remove the chicken piece as soon as a brownish layer turns to black.
Approximately, for 250 gms chicken
you'll need a
1 tbsp ginger garlic individually
half tbsp chilli
2 tbsp ketchup
1-2 tbsp curd, depends how you like it
quarter tbsp turmeric
tip: add a little corn flour mixed with rice flour to make it crispy
