Recent buys, and another hour of exercise each day (feels so great to do it daily again!). :3 Vegan.

Hi, I'm SetHorus, and I have been posting Vegan recipes for a while, now lately I've been posting my own stuff since I've been asked if I may post what I do and have. :3
So, that being said, got another hour of exercise today. It's like 20 minutes or so of walking each way, to and from the grocery store, plus the time inside the mall and grocery store itself.
The average American (which I am but I prefer living abroad for a multitude of reasons) doesn't even exercise, let alone to even phantom the idea that one would exercise daily, then to top it, one hour. heh.
Moving on (pun intended), I listen to a lot of Andrew Huberman, a great neuroscientist that's on YouTube with his own channel, who's welcomed on various channels, and has been on the great Joe Rogan podcast. He said the first 30 minutes to hour, get sunlight, so that all your cells align to one time.
Make sure to wait at least an hour upon awaking (from the Astral Planes to here on Earth) before you have your caffeine, so that you brain properly flushes out its tired phase and your stress hormone regulates properly (if not, you're like the average person who crashes in the afternoon). Blue light isn't in itself bad, it's great for your mind so long as it's cut off by sunset. Blue light takes a lot bad rep, but your body actually seeks it. Anyways, yeah, fruits, a bunch of calcium, plenty of protein, magnesium (which helps carry the calcium), and so forth on most days is abundant within my patterns of diet. I don't do dieting, for the record, but I do regulate calories at times since it's kinda exhausting to eat so much, especially if you're not going to burn a lot. Calories is the real culprit of weight gain, and what you consume makes your energy.
If you don't balance your brain with proper sleep, proper diet, enough exercise, you'll seek dopamine a lot more unhealthily. Fasting is great for your body, so check that out if you're trying to lose weight, clear your body out better, recover quicker from excessive inflammation, sharper thinking, faster metabolism, etc. Thoroughly check out the information on fasting, because of course plenty of misinformation is out there, disinformation too, like anything.
Meditation, brainwave entrainment, breathwork, yoga, aromatherapy, topical essential oils, etc. :3
