What you can do is use a referral link (Which gives you 10% of invited users points even if it's only coupon codes) and invite YOURSELF multiple times. They detect that it's you when you simply open another tab so you can go for Anti Detect 6.5 or higher (You can find that somewhere here) and paste the referral link without getting detected, use the coupon codes and you'll get 10% of the points transferred each time the "invited user" earns points. You will need around 3.000 points for 20$ Paypal/Bitcoin so it depends on how fast you are. Anyway, I've been using this website way back there and I'm getting back to it! Enjoy.

Try using tor browser instead of AD, if it works then you save a lot of time! Couldn't try it since Tor Browser is simply not responding on my system.
