I couldn't get boosted scraper to work fully so I wrote my own... Very simple, not fast but it does the job.
How does it work?
Simple, it gets the ladder page and gathers all the usernames from the page. http://www.op.gg/ranking/ladder/page= (Page_Number)
All you have to do is write the starting page number e.g. 1000 and the page you want it to stop e.g. 2000, it will gather all usernames from the pages.
Now I personally hate to download random .exe's so I supplied the source in the so you could compile it yourself!
