Sripe Method (Recommended)

Create a Stripe account and link a bank account
Go to your payment settings in stripe, then go to "Rules". Scroll down, and you can disable "Block if CVC verification fails".
Once you do that, create an invoice (make sure to add customer details), then send it to yourself using a different email address.
You are then able to pay it with the CC without it getting locked.
Wait for your stripe cashout to hit your bank, then rinse and repeat. Slowly build up to a higher amount. (Start Small Work your way up!)

AAA Method
Log into your AAA account, go to your profile and make a payment. You can also use the card to signup for their insurance.
You can easily just add the card to your account, and checkout.

Amazon Method (Recommended)
Use the card to reload the balance of your Amazon account. Do not use it to purchase anything. Use it to reload only to avoid losing your balance on the pre paid debit card. Balance on Amazon account will be ok to sit there. No rush to use.
If you get a decline please note, new accounts with no payment methods on file will cause an issue as well as trying to buy a gift card with it.
Their are a few things that cause it to decline. 99% of the times their are issues is because of YOUR account. Not MY cards. Cards are checked daily and they almost never have problems. Do NOT load a bunch of cards at once. 5 Max for old accounts. New accounts 1-2 as long as you have payment method it should be ok but not guarenteed.
If your account gets locked as long as you put your real information in you can unlock it and continue to add cards. Accounts lock after about 40-50 cards. Its invetible. Normal people dont have that many cards so they get suspicious. Before contacting my support with a decline try reloading $5 less or $2 less for low value cards and if doesnt work THEN you can contact support.
Extra information - Amazon.com’s anti-fraud process locks cards and accounts if they suspect their terms are broken, the most common reason is being outside of the USA and/or using a VPN, but there are others like: reselling/dropshipping, adding a gift card on a brand new account with no other payment methods added, adding excessive amount of high denomination gift cards in a short time period, and others.
