This is a method anyone can do, however it is VAC bannable, so use with caution.
It's not worth hiding the content, so here yall go..
First, you have to go to SteamDB site and find the game you want. Once you go to that, theres a tab called prices, it shows you what countries have the cheapest prices for the game.
I think you can see where I'm going with this, you use a VPN and buy it then resell. Pretty simple. Some of the games aren't that big of a margin so theyre just not worth buying at all, just search for a bit!
